  Doesn't even answer the phone, uses storms (That unfortunate individuals have to deal with) in order to justify their lack of answering the phone like a true business is obligated to (I might be wrong in their reasoning), be that as it may, there's no excuse for rude people who are meant to assist AT&T's customers. I was transferred multiple times, each time I was sent to a phone that instantly tells me to 'hang up and dial again.' There's no excuse, I'd rather be told upfront that they don't want to talk to me (a long time customer) than have to waste my time jumping through hoops of fire as if I was in a circus.

  Going to this store is always helpful. I worked with Cody, who I have worked with before. He is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Gets the job done.
