  We went to see a matinee, and upon entering the lobby did not see anyone behind the counter. I figured that using the kiosk was just as effective; I was wrong. A bit stymied, we went inside to inquire about ticket purchases and saw an employee doing just that (i.e selling tickets). Perhaps a simple, inexpensive sign at the ticket counter would avoid future confusion (we weren't the only ones a bit perplexed). Otherwise, a pretty decent place. Comfortable seating, attentive employees, etc.
